...Wind Advisory remains in effect until noon PST today...

A strong Pacific storm moving into the Sierra will create gusty
winds along Highway 395 from the Reno area southward to the
Gardnerville and Minden area this morning.  Southwest winds of 20 to
30 mph with gusts near 50 mph are expected...however winds will be
reduced significantly in areas where rain or snow is falling.
