The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
   western Storey County in western Nevada
   south central Washoe County in western Nevada

* until 545 PM PDT

* at 405 PM PDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
   flash flooding from thunderstorms over the warned area.

* The storms producing flash flooding will be mainly over rural
   areas of the indicated County.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams and country roads. Rock slides are possible
crossing Interstate 80 between Reno and Fernley.
