[CVRC] NNARS 2nd Quarter Membership Meeting

Please mark your calendars for Saturday, June 21st at 10:00am for the NNARS
2nd quarter membership and business meeting.  This will be held at the VA
Medical Center classroom MG-10 at 10:00am sharp.  At the conclusion of the
meeting, the amateur station at the VA will be opened and available for
anyone who would like to see or use the station.  We will be checking into
the local and regional nets from that location as well.

Field Day is June 28-29th this year.  NNARS has not planned for a field day
this year.  Several of the local and area clubs are holding field day events
throughout the area and I would like to recommend you attend one of those
event and enjoy the day.

A special event, field day station will be set up at the Portola Railroad
Museum in Portola, CA. by Matt Parker, N7TOD, to participate in the event.
It may be a first for amateur radio to hold field day as "railroad-mobile".
This should be a great fun time for everyone who attends.  Everyone is
invited to come to Portola and participate in the field day operation and
