[CVRC] Announcement -- New OO

I am pleased to announce that Steve Goldman N7JAZ has qualified for 
appointment as an Official Observer (OO) for the Nevada Section and will 
report to Official Observer Coordinator Tim Hunt WA6TNW.  A detailed
