[CVRC] Announcement -- SM for 2003-2005

As many of you know I was appointed to fill out the remainder of Janet 
Welsh's term as Nevada Section Manager, ending June 30, 2003.

I just received a letter from Rosalie White K1STO and Steve Ewald WV1X at 
ARRL Headquarters in Newington, CT.  Their letter was notification that as 
the sole nominee, I have been elected to the next two-year term as Nevada 
Section Manager, starting July 1, 2003.

I will do my best to guide the Nevada Section through this challenging time 
for our state and our country.

The Nevada Section maintains two Internet web sites.  Please check them 
regularly for the latest information on what is going on within the section:

If you ever have any questions regarding the ARRL in general or the Nevada 
Section in particular, please don't hesitate to contact me.  A significant 
part of my job is communicating with Nevada's amateur radio community, 
regardless of whether they belong to the ARRL or not.
