[CVRC] Special Antenna Party in March!

Norm just called and told me he has an unforeseen family event that will 
require he be out of town on Saturday, March 22.  Therefore, the Special 
Antenna Party has been postponed for one week, to Saturday, March 29, 2003.

Please help get the word out on this change of date.
