Mark Spencer WA8SME from Coleville, California, has moved to Newington, 
Connecticut, to coordinate the ARRL Amateur Radio Education and Technology 
program--also known as "The Big Project."  Mark is a member of CVRC and has 
been a frequent contributor to "Carson Currents."
