[CVRC] DCART training 7/21/2003

This month's DCART training will focus on field operations. In addition to a
short presentation we will set up an operating field station with both fixed
and mobile capabilities, using emergency power. Please arrive promptly and
be prepared to participate!

We will start promptly at 6:30PM at the Sierra Front Interagency Center.
