Greetings;

The monthly WINCO (Washington, Idaho, Nevada, California, and Oregon)
regional emergency communications net is tomorrow evening, July 2. Time is
1930 hours local and frequency is 3987 khz. This is an informational net
for all EMCOMM operators with opportunities to discuss the issues we all
experience as well as things we have learned from these experiences. All
EMCOMM operators are welcome and encouraged to participate.

This net immediately follows the Medford, OR Regional Weather Spotter's Net
which starts at 1915 hours on the same frequency.

Also as a reminder, the weekly Reno Area SKYWARN Net starts its new
frequency and time tomorrow evening. Start time is moving up to 1845 hours
and the new frequency will be the SNARS Linked Repeater System, 146.610 + /
123.0 and 147.390 + / 123.0. The changes have been made to allow for
participation of SKYWARN stations outside the immediate Reno area and to
alleviate conflict with the Nevada State RACES Net taking place at 1900
hours. All SKYWARN stations registered with the Reno office are encouraged
to participate in this local net; other interested amateurs are welcome as
well.

73,
Matt, N7TOD
