[CVRC] Missing Renewals (OOPS!)

I want to apologize to those CVRC members who sent a monetary donation for 
2003, but who were not recorded in the recent membership roster as having 
renewed.

The fault was mine for not asking the CVRC Treasurer to notify the 
Secretary of all donations received.  The original intent was to have 
everyone submit new membership applications to the Secretary in order to 
renew, but I was caught flat-footed when I found that a large number of 
members were simply sending donations to the Treasurer.

We will be updating the membership records and posting an updated 
membership roster as soon as we have things cleared up.

Again, I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
