[CVRC] Change of SNARS VE Session Location

The Sierra Nevada Amateur Radio Society (SNARS) VE sessions have changed 
their long-term location.  They are moving from the Sears in Meadowood Mall 
to the VA Medical Center in Reno.  The new location is:

    VA Medical Center, Room MG-10
    Southwest corner of E Taylor St and Kirman Ave
