Up to 35 feet, just ensure it is a safe structure.  Over 35 feet needs a 
"minor design review" which can be issued in the Planning Office.  Anything 
over 75 feet requires a variance.  If you have any questions, you can 
contact Jerry Bowden in the Planning Office.
