[CVRC] Douglas County Antenna Ordinance (Follow-Up)

I received the following suggestion from a member of the Douglas County 
Commissioners' staff when I asked what time we should arrive at their 
meeting this Thursday:

    That item is scheduled before their lunch break.......the meeting
    starts at 10 am so I would suggest you be there no later than 10:30
    as sometimes they move very fast thru the agenda..............

The meeting will be held in the Courtroom of the Douglas County 
Administration Building, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden, Nevada and is 
scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.  Because of the suggestion I received, we 
should all plan to arrive NO LATER THAN 10:30 A.M.
