[CVRC] Douglas County Antenna Ordinance

The Douglas County Commissioners will be meeting this Thursday, September 
5, to consider and vote on the new amateur radio antenna Ordinance 
#2002-1007 (DA 01-183).  Consideration of the ordinance is scheduled for 
the end of the Commissioners' morning agenda.  The meeting starts at 10:00 
a.m. and they expect to quickly cover 50 items before their Noon 
break.  The amateur radio antenna ordinance is scheduled as agenda item #45 
out of those first 50.

It is important we provide a strong show of support for this 
ordinance.  Please attend the Commissioners meeting to show your support 
for amateur radio and our ability to install antennas and towers on our own 
property.

The meeting will be held in the Courtroom of the Douglas County 
Administration Building, 1616 Eighth Street, Minden, Nevada and is 
scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m.
