High Wind Advisory
325 am PST Sat Nov 16 2002

...Wind Advisory is in effect through 6 PM this evening...
south or southwest winds of 20 to 35 mph are expected to develop by
early afternoon and continue through early evening. Stronger wind
gusts above 50 mph are likely in wind prone areas such as Washoe
Valley. Travel will become difficult on Highway 395 and Interstate
80 today...especially for drivers of high profile vehicles. The
winds will diminish during the early evening hours.
