High Wind Advisory
330 PM PDT sun may 19 2002

...Wind Advisory through this evening...
strong winds are expected over a wide area of the northern Sierra
and western Nevada through this evening.  South to southwest winds
will be 15-30 mph with gusts to 45 mph this evening. The stronger
wind gusts are expected to gradually diminish by midnight.

Areas of blowing sand and dust with reduced visibilities are
possible in some areas yet this evening. High profile vehicles will
be at some risk on the roadways until the winds subside.
