[CVRC] Training and Traffic Net

1. The traffic and training net, yet to be named, will commence on Sunday 
24 March.

A. The VHF traffic and training net will be on the dial frequency of 
147.270 Mhz. There is no assigned repeater tone required. The net control 
will be N7CCN. The VHF net will commence at 1900 hours local time (700pm).

B. The HF traffic and training net will be on the dial frequency of 
7.295.00 Mhz lower side band. This net will commence at 1930 hours local 
time (730pm). The net control will be N7CCN.

2. These nets will be directed nets.

4. This first net will be informal and attempt to establish propagation for 
all stations.

5. All stations are encouraged to check in on both nets.
