Thanks, Dick.  Your team has been nothing short of outstanding in the last
two incidents.  I, too, am proud of how people have stepped up to help out
in this incident.  If it has to happen, maybe it's not so bad that it
happens on a holiday weekend while people are off work and available.

Please convey my thanks to all DCART members for their help in serving the
Red Cross personnel in your area in addition to their efforts in serving
Douglas County E.M.  This incident, as with the Cannon Fire, demonstrates
how well we can get the job done when everyone works together.
