Amateur Radio Emergency Communications Course February 
registration:

Registration for the Level II Amateur Radio Emergency Communica-
tions Course (EC-002) will open on Monday, February 11; registration
for Level III (EC-003) will open February 18. 

February registration for the Level I ARRL Amateur Radio Emergency 
Communications Course (EC-001) will remain open through this week-
end. Courses must be completed in order, starting with Level I.
