[CVCC] DXCC Card Checkers-Local

Attached is the official ARRL policy for nominating Card Checkers.
Appointments are made by both Divisional Directors (one checker per
Division) and by the Section Managers (one checker per section).

My appointment was from the Roanoke Division Director, which means - I
believe - that the Virginia Section manager has a vacancy for the Virginia
Section spot and can nominate some one for it.  If CVCC can meet the
membership requirements and is willing to call itself a DX Club, you can
submit a nomination for a qualified Richmond area ham to be a checker.
