Last month the FCC announced new rules for the 60m band that include allowing  
USA amateurs to use CW (they now only use SSB).

The ARRL are going to produce a 60m Band Plan and are asking for feedback from 
prospective 60m users.  Even if you don't intend using this band, please 
consider completing the ARRL Survey at the link below to ensure the case for CW 
is made.  You don't have to be an ARRL member to complete the Survey.
