[CVCC] More GOTA problems

How about inviting some youth into the hobby like the boy or girl 
scouts, youth groups, science clubs, etc... I know the boy scouts have a 
radio badge they can earn so maybe we could help them out. Field Day is 
a excellent time to introduce the hobby.
