[CVCC] CAN'T POST SPOTS ON W4ML

This may be the answer if "duplicate posts" includes posts made by others. I was able to post a few spots last night. I've never checked to see if a station had been spotted by others within a 15 minute previous time period!

The second part of your response about your not being able to correct errors for 15 minutes doesn't make sense. Why would the cluster have that feature?

Puck,
W4ML won't accept duplicate posts within a 15 minute time frame.
If you look on the cluster back that far you'll probably find it was
already spotted.
Also if you make a mistake you can't correct it until the timers up.
