[CVCC] CAN'T POST SPOTS ON W4ML

I run into this all the time and one work around is to just keep sending the spot. After about 3 tries or so it'll go through.

PS: Awesome opening on 6 meters today with 118 grids worked! Band is still open but little to no activity so I'm going to bed.

Puck,
W4ML won't accept duplicate posts within a 15 minute time frame.
If you look on the cluster back that far you'll probably find it was 
already spotted.
Also if you make a mistake you can't correct it until the timers up.
