Good morning.

 

We were informed last evening that Nancy has breast cancer. Over the last
week or so, she has gone thru a battery of exams & tests after finding an
anomaly in her left breast & the diagnosis was confirmed via biopsy.

 

We are advised by the doctors that the scope of the bad tissue is quite
small & that, due to early detection & the type of cancer she has, she has
an excellent chance of a long term cure. Her lumpectomy is scheduled for
Christmas eve morning & she will subsequently go thru a series of radiation
treatments.

 

Although we will not be able to enjoy the holiday season as we would like
this year, the quick response to this should allow us to enjoy many
Christmas holidays in the future together.
