[CVCC] It's that time again

Fellow Club Members,
     To my faithful and not so faithful contributors;  Can I have December 
reports for my little column, DX de DR by December 27.  Remember the column 
is no better than your contributions.
      Secondly this is a reminder that it is nearing the time to update your 
DX Totals on the CVCC web site.  You should have recorded the DX entities 
worked (not confirmed) on all bands 160 through 6 (excluding 60 meters) as 
of January 1, 2008.  Then make a new entry for December 31, 2008.  I will 
talley these numbers and determine our winner(s) on January 15, 2009.  With 
the poor conditions we had this year I suspect it may not take big numbers 
to win this year and even if you think you don't have a chance this year 
submitting your totals makes you elgible for the 2009 competition.  Many of 
you should add some real numbers with KP5.
     Lastly we need a program for our January meeting...unless someone else 
has already come up with one. Please contact Sejo or me if you have an idea.
