[CVCC] W4ML RF connections

Greetings,

I do not remember seeing anything in a message format informing 
folks about the RF connections becoming available again.

W4ML is again available on 145.090 and 440.700 thanks to the 
efforts of Dennis N4DEN. I tried both frequencies yesterday and
they seem to work great. Think the 145.090 radio is running 10W
but it is up.
