[CVCC] RF Link on 440.700

Since there is such a demand for RF links......I have been working on
restoring at least one frequency.  SOMEONE can try to login to W4ML on 
440.700. Or try to login at W4FEG's link on 144.930 and it should crossover
to W4ML on 440.700.   I do not have a 440 rig so I CANNOT test the link.

I was able to connect to dxfeg5 earlier today from W4ML.

Need some help here Gang!

Ralph,  Let WA4CQX et al,  know 144.930 should work?

Hope to have 2 meter side running after Frostfest.....
