CVCC Picnic Reminder

This is a reminder of the Club picnic scheduled for (MAY 3rd). Rain date =
(MAY 10th). The picnic will be held again at A.C. (W4HJ) cousin's river =
place on the James River. Due to all the recent rains and flooding, the =
picnic tables have been washed away, those of you who have card tables, =
PLEASE bring them. Please bring seating for your party.=20

The Club will furnish Burgers, Hotdogs, drinks, and condiments. Each =
person is asked to bring a covered dish. If you plan to attend the =
picnic, please RSVP to Bob Ladd, (NK4H), by Sunday April 27th, at =
804-750-1269 Please give Bob the number in your party that will attend =
and correlate with Bob what covered dish to bring.  Arrive around 3:00 =
P.M., eat around 4:00 P.M.

Please let Bob Ladd know ASAP if you plan to attend and correlate a =
covered dish.

Directions to Picnic Site

>From Huguenot Road, take 147 (Robious Road) west to 2320 Huguenot Trail.
That is the driveway to Jame's Frame's place. The distance is 12.4 miles
from the intersection, and the driveway will be on your right, towards =
the
river.
Or . . from Rt 522, go east on 711 at the intersection of 522 and 711 =
(at
the BP station) 5.7 miles to the driveway on the left (2320 Huguenot =
Trail)
Please note that Robious Road becomes Huguenot Trail when it crosses =
into
Powhatan County from Chesterfield.
**Please drive slowly past the house and outbuildings down the hill to =
the
river**
There will be water and electricity available at the picnic area. A =
bathroom
will be available at the top of the Hill.
