Sent my TS-440 down to them for some repairs.......Faxed a note letting =
them know the rig was on the way..........just got an e-mail back,  =
letting me know that I must jump thru all their hoops, OR they will send =
the rig back with no repairs..........COD.  Bummer they gotta be such a =
pain in the Butt to deal with.   Anyhow...........here is there website: =
