[CVCC] Picnic

Hello to all :: =20
    Am looking forward to seeing each of you tomorrow on the RIVAH! for =
the CVCC picnic.
WK4Y, W4MYA & W4HJ went to the picnic site this morning and finished the =
cleanup.  James Frame, the owner, has power washed the pavillion for our =
use making it very nice.  Just a couple of reminders:: =20
 1.  Please drive slowly past the home and sheds.
  2. After all the rain the ground is soft!! Please park
      as we did last year and we should all be ok. =20
   3. James is planning to be available and he has a=20
      tractor just in case.
   4. To W4DR .. Bob one thing we did not discuss in preparation for the =
event is TRASH BAGS.  and there disposal.. =20

    After having helped cook 600 chicken halves tomorrow morning I =
probably wont want to eat any so I may bring a Mickey D. Burger!!!  I =
promise to get the food there but that's about all.  By then I'll be =
looking for a place to collapse. =20
    Many thanks to Bob (MYA) and Roy for their help this morning.  We =
picked up many tree branches from yesterdays storm and also sprayed =
around the pavillion to help keep down the bugs.. =20
    You may want to bring bug spray for yourself and family.. =20
