[CTSARA] 1BCG Commemorative Station in QST

As some of you know Clark Burgard N1BCG has operated the "1BCG"
commemorative station for the past several years out of Greenwich.

1BCG made the first trans Atlantic amateur radio (2-Way) QSO with a station
in Scotland on December 21, 1921.

This year the ARRL ran a story in the February edition of QST on Page 90.
