I have two of this cellphone battery:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JP8MZGK/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

And it can charge my iPad (which is also cellular) and phone both to 100%.

Missing from the list that is on my list is:

1) Charge all your HT batteries and put the long whips on them.

2) Charge your backup AA batteries for the HT replacement packs.

3) Fill the car with gas.

4) Fill your generator fuel source,

5) Pre-start your generator and make sure the gas is good. (Mine isn't
starting so I'm letting it sit. If it doesn't start in 30 minutes I will
probably need to pull the plug and check it,) Also make sure it has enough
oil.

6) Send an email to family and friends away from the storm zone and inform
them of when you will contact them again so they know you are safe (i.e. I
will call you everyday at noon, etc.)

7) Fill the propane tank for your grill in case you need it to make coffee
:-)

8) Go to your local bakery and get lots of donuts for #7.

Cheers,

Emily
