[CTSARA] TS Hermine - Lower Dipoles or Not?

I've always loosened the tie ropes (added slack) with very good luck. 
Lowering all the way could potentially breaksomething  with the swinging that might occur.

HERMINE WILL STRENGTHEN BY THE TIME IT GETS TO OUR AREA THUS GIVING US FULL
TROPICAL STORM WIND SPEEDS (58-73 MPH)
