[CTSARA] Question

At these frequencies, LMR 400 is overkill. If this G5RV has a balun at the
base, then just change the PL259 and you are good to go.. Just dont change
the length of the ladder line. I will assume your RG5x is really RG8X.. and
that is fine coax for your power level. Now if you are referring to the
Balun and the SO239 inside it has broken, either open it and replace the
SO239, or order/make another balun to match the ladder line to coax.
