[CTSARA] Region 1 Emergency Comms Net is back on! Starting today!

After a bit of a break, we will be starting up the ARES/CERT/EmComm net
again.

The net will be on the 2nd Tuesday of the month (not weekly). AGAIN: THIS
IS NOW A MONTHLY NET.

We will take check-ins, and try to have a topic for the evening. Please do
check in, even if you don't care to participate in the topic. It is
important we know who is out there!

Tonight's topic might be: What is the best second radio for a new ham to
buy. After the cheap handheld.

The net is on the Norwalk 146.475 repeater (pl100, up 1 meg) at 8:00pm
local.

WE WILL HAVE A NET TONIGHT, 10/13. I realize Stamford CERT is having a
drill.
