Subject: [GNARC] Coast Guard Auxiliary Special Event Oct 17
The US Coast Guard Auxiliary is holding an amateur radio special event Oct
17 on the HF ham bands using SSB. The event will primarily take place on
Oct 17, but some stations also will be on the air Oct 16 and Oct 18.
Some stations may also operate on VHF (primarily 2 meters) on FM and SSB.
They will be operating as many of the HF bands as possible.
