[CTSARA] Assistance requested in identifying interference on a marine VHF channel

Does anyone have any portable 2 meter directional antennas (yagi, log
periodic) that can be used for some radio direction finding in the marine
band at about 160 MHz?  Does anyone have any RDF experience/skill?

We've been contacted by some boating people who are experiencing
interference on a marine radio channel at about 160 MHz and they were
wondering if we could help them.   The channel is used by services that
assist boats (e.g., towing services).

They've already contacted the Coast Guard (which can give them only limited
assistance) and I've suggested that they contact Coast Guard Auxiliary and
Civil Air Patrol.
