[CTSARA] CTSARA Digest, Vol 76, Issue 9

There's an old adage that you train as you practice and practice when you train. 
The irony of using repeaters to get used to what you need to do when you get activated is that you don't know what to do or have what you need to do what you hope to be asked to do. 
Training should always be worst case scenario so that it can only get better.
