[CTSARA] It's Time For Bennett Hope-In-Motion

Okay folks,  it's two weeks to the Bennett Cancer Center Hope-In-Motion
Ride -- the SARA event of the year (well, except for Field Day).  This is a
big deal for Stamford and for Stamford Hospital (which hosts our
repeaters).  Let's continue to show the city what we can do.

This year's event is on Sunday June 3rd.  Please note that this is BEFORE
our next monthly meeting!!!!  We will need people from about 6:30am until
about noon (with a few people staying until about 1pm).  Even if you can't
do the whole thing, we might be able to slot you in for a part-time role.

We have three people who have given us definite commitments -- Bill WG1HM,
Terry W1TSM, and Bruce KC2WGX.

We plan to staff net control, two support vehicles, and three rest stops,
so we need a minimum of seven people (figure two minimum at net control).
 As with last year, we want to work with APRS to track the support vehicles
and we might also work with Google Latitude to see how that does.

Please contact me ASAP so that we can figure out who we have and who we
need.
