[CTSARA] SF 2 Meter Repeater Update

Curt and I went up to Sterling Farms today and swapped out our amp for the
GNARC amp.

We now need to exercise the repeater as much as possible.  Please try to
get on and have some long QSOs with lots of back and forth.

Fred -- please use the SF repeater for the Sunday night net and for the
Snoozeline.


I have our amp on my workbench and will be testing it.  I do need a 3db
attenuator if anybody happens to have one.  Doesn't really matter what
connectors.
