[CTSARA] SF 2 meter Repeater Work Today

We're going to be working on SF 2 meter repeater today starting about
11:30.  If we don't see any obvious smoking guns, we're going to remove the
amp for bench testing and install the GNARC amp in its place.  I expect
that we'll bring down the hospital for a while while we're working on it.

If you want 2 meters, use the New Canaan 2m at 146.775-  PL100.  It has
pretty good coverage through most of Stamford.
