This is the ARRL basic EC-001 emergency communications course, taught in a
classroom instead of being taught on-line.
I want to recommend this to anyone who has not taken the course. It is a
very useful course that teaches the basics of the Incident Command System
(ICS), basic operator safety, and basic what to do/how to do it when it
comes to emergency communications.
