[CTSARA] Some Feedback and a Big Thank You

I'd like to share some feedback we received from some of the non-ham guests,
new hams, and inactive hams who took part in Field Day.

In each case, the feedback was that they really felt welcome.  As one person
said, it wasn't as if they were "made" to feel welcome (as if it was a job
or because we get points), but that you folks really were glad to see them.
 There was a sense of pleasant surprise at the way they were treated when
they were operating, regardless of their skill levels/experience.  There was
also a sense that instead of finding contest animals who made visitors
uncomfortable or geeks engaging in some arcane techie stuff, they instead
found people who were enjoying themselves and genuinely wanted their
visitors to enjoy themselves too.

You folks gained a couple of new members for the club today and you brought
a couple of inactive hams back into active status.  You were all great
ambassadors for ham radio and the club.   On behalf of the board, I would
like to thank you all for what you did today.
