I am looking to give away a busted Microwave that my parents lightly-used, about 18 months old.  It was repaired under warranty earlier this year -- the internal door latch mechanism had to be replaced.  Now it's out of warranty so not worth shipping.  Same symptoms as before so I suspect the same problem: powers up, circuitry is fine, just microwave element won't power on.  If someone has time and interest to open it up, it may be repairable.  In original box, but no manual or glass plate.   Please contact me via e-mail ASAP, otherwise it becomes landfill.  Location downtown Stamford.

Apologies if use of this list is wrong; I would just prefer it goes somewhere it might get salvaged.
