I just got off the phone with Ernest.
All discussion or speculations on our repeater is to stop on the CTSARA MAILMAN intel we have the problem fixed.
I started the SARA mailing list and can as administrator monitor and approve all mail before it is sent out. This situation has got out of control!
I know I am not on the repeater committee, but we need to put a curfew on this discussion. We are at this site and we need to repair and test the repeater. All the problems in the past were relatively simple problems as Curt pointed out. I would stop all speculations on the possible problems and solutions. Make an appointment to remove the repeater. Repair problems and test the repeater, return repeater to the site then continue this discussion. Maybe finding out if we can get easer access would certainly help in the future.
Call me if you need help removing the repeater.
