[CTSARA] Successful Summer Series 9 Mile Race

Thanks to Bill (WG1HM) and Andrew (KB3CZA) for helping out at the 9 Mile
Summer Series Race today.  Bill did a good job as net control (I believe his
first time as net control) even though some people were not always good
about following directed net protocol.  Andrew patrolled the route on one
sweet ride.

Also thanks to Tony (KB1SUN) for doing communications testing on the route
of the 11 mile race.

As with the 7 mile race, we were working together with people from the
Norwalk (Toy and one other person whose call I forgot) and it was a good
experience for us as hams and for the runners.  I also got to meet the mayor
of Norwalk and put in a few good words for ham radio.

The 11 mile race is on Saturday Aug 27 at Silvermine School.
