REPEATER UPDATE Sent: Fri 5/07/10 12:14 PM 

We installed the Icom 440 radio unit and wired it up. The (very fragile) DIN accessory connection had broken its PTT wire, but once that was fixed it still wasn't putting out any RF. We ended up pulling it out again for further repairs. Curt also thinks the 440 duplexer is out of tune, and will need to re-tuning at some point.
 
We also upgraded the Arcom firmware (software code that runs on the Arcom controller) at the hospital, it was running a very old version.
 
As of now both 440 and 2m are coming out of sterling farms.
