Has anybody ever heard of them?
 
Apparently they want money to forward DX QSL cards that they've received on my behalf.  It sounds shady, but when I did a Google search on them nothing bad came up.
 
Anybody?

The ARRL W1 QSL Bureau is sponsored by the Yankee Clipper Contest Club and staffed  by a dedicated group of volunteers  who sort and ship DX qsl cards to first call area hams. We ship cards five to six times per year.
