[CTSARA] Field Day

Hi John & SARA members,
Thank you all for a super Field Day.... I compliment each & every one of
you, & especially Terry for the extra superb effort......

Please know that I've taken 31 pix of the event, + 3 short movie clips
with sound......
Also please know that Juno did not permit the transmission of all 3 of
the clips due to strict 'size' restriction of the clips.  As a result,
I'm forced to split my e-mail transmissions. This e-mail transmission
contains 2 of the clips as attachments, & this 1 pix of the tent.
Hopefully Juno will let it go through. I will send a 2nd E-mail
transmission  to send the 3rd clip together with as many of the other pix
as Juno will let through.  It may take a 3rd E-mail to complete the job.

At the Field Day,John explained to me that using the "CTSara mailman"
will not enable the membership to view the clips & pix, only text.
Therefore I would appreciate having the e-mail list of the membership to
enable me to simply click them into cc recipients and they will
automatically receive the e-mail of the graphics directly. As you know or
may remember, I did much of the graphics of all our previous field days,
and sent them to you to install into our web site. Unfortunately you were
not able to show all of the pix I sent, and its possible that some of the
pix not shown may have had some particular interest to some of the
members.

By my sending the pix to the membership directly and to you to select
whatever you need for the web site, the membership can simply 'delete'
what they don't want, and copy the pix that they may have an interest in.
 This is the system we use for the events of the two churches I volunteer
my graphic services to. 

Example: At the church picnic a couple of weeks ago, the children of one
of the parishioner's recently married daughter showed up unexpectedly
with her husband and their brand new 1 year old baby boy. It was a joy to
watch grandpa & grandma grab hold of this beautiful child and smother him
with hugs & kisses.... Well I took 9 shots of each facet of this
happening.  Now you can imagine that perhaps only one or two of those
pictures will appear in the church web site, but all 9 of those shots
were precious to the parents and grand parents of that child. They would
want to keep all of them. This is the reason that I would like to send
the pix directly to the membership for them to pick out, copy, or send
out to family what ever pictures they like.
